From the 13th August The World Reimagined Globes will be part of trails going on across many host cities across the UK.

The globe I painted titled 'Stitching and Mending' will be at location 10 in Leeds city centre.

My design aims to highlight the extraordinary patterns and needlework skills of African American quilts. These quilts undoubtedly tell human stories, some not easy to tell, but each deserving a platform.

Choosing no single unifying style, I celebrate the uniqueness and individuality of each quilt maker. Finding the deeper meanings for consideration within the visual patterns.

Design a surfboard 

I'm running FREE design workshops for under 18's

No need to book, everyone is welcome, just drop in.

In the workshops we will explore new drawing and painting techniques while you design your own surfboard.

Eco printed templates and all art materials will be provided.

Show us what climate change means to you.

Artworks and designs that have the most to say will WIN surf lessons for you and a friend with Seaton Sluice Surf.

I'm delighted my 'Three Sardines in a Tinned Can' sold, congratulations everyone involved in TAE22 for their hard work creating such a successful event.

The first ever Aardman, Morph's Epic Art Adventure, created in partnership with Wild in Art and organised by North Tyneside Council is on now!

The art trail features 20, 1.8 metre-tall Morphs displayed around North Tyneside, each one designed by a different artist. You can download a map to find then all here.

My new solo exhibition 'The Land is Changing' is now up until the end of January. You can see it at Buy the Kilo No.3 The Sidings, Tynemouth Metro Station, Tynemouth NE30 2TF.

Buy the Kilo is addressing important environmental issues around climate change, pollution, industry, health and food, in this gallery space. The zero waste shop, owned by artists, offers an alternative way to shop, engaging with a wide audience through a joined passion for conservation. 

Artworks available in this exhibition are all original watercolour paintings, highlighting the essential role bees play to a healthy environment. 

The Light the North art trail was postponed due to Covid restrictions but is now set for Autumn 2021.

This project is brought to you by CLAN Cancer Support, in partnership with Wild in Art, to raise significant funds and awareness to the vital support provided by CLAN to people affected by cancer across the north-east, Moray, Orkney and Shetland.

The lighthouse trail will take people on a cultural tour of the north-east, Orkney and Shetland, letting them discover and engage with our beautiful region like never before.

The legacy of Light the North will continue as the sculptures take centre stage at the auction to raise funds for Clan Cancer Support.

I'm super excited to announce 'For the Love of the North' have invited me to be the first artist to exhibit in their NEW bright and beautiful shop. Perfectly located right in the centre of Corbridge, Northumberland there is a perfect space now full of my orginal artworks all for sale. I will continue updating and replacing with new works right through until August. 

I have donated artwork to this years Art with Heart 

So many creative artworks are being auctioned including an Antony Gormley, all helping to raise money to support those living and caring for dementia sufferers.

The N18 has been a really inspiring digital project organised as part of Great Exhibition of the North.

I created 3 works in response to the project, all inspired by the constantly changing form of water.

28th-29th July 2018 Belford Arts Festival.

Open 10am-8pm on Saturday and 10am-6pm on Sunday.

I will be with over 48 artists exhibiting in a number of events throughout the village.

You can find me in Belford Middle school hall.

A selection of my original paintings are being exhibited as part of the 'Thoughtful Planet 2' Exhibition over at

Thought Foundation.

All the artworks included are created by artists from around the country in response to ideas about the environment, political issues and our consumerist culture. Entry is free and the exhibition will run from June to September 2018.

This year the jam packed event will run on preview night Friday 15th June 6-8pm and then Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th June 2018 from 10am - 5pm.

If you happen to be in my part of the world I have a painting in the 'Open:Ocean' exhibition until 7th May 2018 ay Woodhorn museum. This exhibition is a beautifully curated collection of nautical artworks to celebrate the Northumberland coastline and seafaring heritage.

Network Artist North East will once again be holding a fantastic weekend art fair at Holy Trinity Church, Jesmond, Newcastle Upon Tyne NE2 1HB. 

The event is free to attend and will take place on

Friday 18th May 2018 6-9pm (with drinks and nibbles)

and Saturday 19th May 2018 9.30-3pm.

There will also be food stalls along Armstrong bridge as part of the Jesmond festival. Hope to see you there!
